 Cry Baby Bridge
There is a myth that in Moore Oklahoma, there is a bridge and long ago, a woman was driving over a bridge in the rain. The car crashed into the water and the baby died. People say that you can still till this day hear the baby cry at midnight.

 Re: Cry Baby Bridge
What I don't understand is why only SOME stories of people dying have like paranormal things happening to the scene of where it happened after it happens.
People die everyday, get murdered or raped everyday, jump off bridges everyday, commit suicide everyday, how come only some stories have weird things happening to them after the event happens?

I think this would have to do with the idea that only some people stay behind as ghosts. From what I know of what ghosts are supposed to be, it seems that only those who don't realize they are dead or don't want to recognize that they are dead will stay behind. I imagine that others who have died violently merely moved on to whatever awaits after death. This is just one theory, though. I'm interested in what others would have to say.

 Re: Cry Baby Bridge
I have heard many different reasons behind this and some ghosts stay before because they are still searching. I know there is a story in Ohio that a mother and a baby was killed by a train and they say you can see the baby on the train track looking for her mother. I guess every one is a little different and some stay behind.

 Re: Cry Baby Bridge
I think many states have CryBaby bridge legends. I'm not sure which one in Ohio Ken was reffering to, but I think Ohio has several so-called Crybaby bridges. There's even one not to far from here. It's on Shrader Road I think.
